This is genuine Tier 2. Figures below come only from staff who gave separate, explicit consent to share a restricted slice of their own wearable data (resting heart rate trend, sleep quality, daily readiness), on top of Tier 1 consent. Members see their own full trend at all times to weigh against their own doctor, trainer or app. Opted-in staff are randomly placed into one of six squads, reshuffled monthly, deliberately separate from their real Tier 1 cohort so squad membership can’t be traced back to identity. The employer sees only squad-level recovery index, never an individual score.

The 73 of 120 pilot staff (61%) opted-in figure is a placeholder used to demonstrate how this view and squad suppression behave once the pilot is live; it is not yet an actual count for Abu Dhabi Customs. Team White (9) and Team Black (8) both currently sit below the n=10 health-adjacent threshold, so both scores are suppressed entirely rather than shown with a wide margin of error. As more staff opt in each month, suppressed squads populate automatically, no manual override needed.
